Online Player Registration is now available for the 2012 Season!

Online player registration for the Warren Athletic Club 2012 season of boys baseball and girls softball has been enabled. Please click on the "Register Players Online" box over on the right side of the this page. A new window will come up and click the appropriate baseball or softball division you wish to register your player then click "submit and continue" at the bottom of the page. On the next page, you MUST agree to both the Babe Ruth waiver and the League waiver by clicking "I agree" to both in order to continue. The PLAYER'S information is entered in the "Registrant Information" area, and their Parent/Guardian's in the Parent/Guardian area. Please note that ALL information boxes marked with a red * on ALL pages is REQUIRED to be entered in order to continue. When the "The registration ticket was added to your cart" page comes up, you may check out or register another player in your family (sibling's only) by clicking the "Register another child" button at the top of the page, and all your information will be imported to the next registration. Once you do check out, AND YOU HAVE REGISTERED MORE THAN ONE CHILD, you may add the following family discount coupon codes in the "Coupon Code" box on the check out page. Coupon codes are case sensitive and use no spaces between number and words:

DO NOT enter a coupon code for 2 T-Ball players OR one T-ball plus one 7/8 yr old Player as there is a MINIMUM FEE of $115.00 per Family. ( Two T-Ballers = $100.00 TOTAL FEE, and one T-Ball + one 7/8 yr old = $115.00 TOTAL FEE.)

For 2 SIBLINGS:

When the TOTAL FEE before discount is $140.00 or more use coupon code - 2KIDS ($25.00 Family Discount) 

When Your TOTAL FEE = $125.00 - for example - one T-Ball $50.oo + one 9/10 yr old $75.00 = $125.00 use coupon code - 2KIDS10 (you will receive a $10.00 discount to reduce  your fee to the $115.00 minimum)

When Your TOTAL FEE = $130.00 - for example - 2 7/8 yr olds at $65.00 + $65.00 = $130.00 use coupon code - 2KIDS15 (you will receive a $15.00 discount to reduce your fee to the $115.00 minimum)

When Your TOTAL FEE = $135.00 - for example - one T-Ball at $50.00 + one 11/12 yr old at $85.00 = $135.00 use coupon code - 2KIDS20 (you will receive a $20.00 discount to reduce your fee to the $115.00 minimum)

 For 3 SIBLINGS registered - use coupon code - 3KIDS (You will receive a $35.00 Family Discount)

For 4 or more SIBLINGS registered - use coupon code - 4KIDS (You will receive a $55.00 Family Discount)

Inapropriate use of coupon codes will be audited for misuse, and any shortage of registration fees MUST be collected before your players registration is accepted.

Please note that a 5% PLUS $1.00 convienience fee is charged to all online registrations. For example, a registration fee of $75.00 will have a charge to your credit/debit card of $75.00 + $3.75 (5%) + $1.00 = total charge of $79.75 to your card. These are non-refundable fees that are not retained or received by the Warren Athletic Club. The Warren Athletic Club offers online registration as a convienience to the players and families we serve, and several on-site in person registrations are available for those wishing to avoid those fees.
